Q. How do I clean this?
A. Hand wash the jug and blade in warm soapy water and rinse. Wipe down the motor unit with a clean cloth. Descale as per the included instructions.
Q. How long does it take to cook baby meals?
A. Depending on if you are steaming fruits, vegetables or meat it can take anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes.
Q. Can I sterilise and warm all brand bottles with this?
A. Yes we have tested all major brands on the market and they all fit except bottles larger than 250ml. Lid must be removed to fit. Fits up to 2 small bottles or 1 large (dependent on brand).
Q. How do I defrost milk bags and food pouches?
A. Simply place the bag inside the steaming basket and select bottle warming mode to gently defrost via steam.
Q. What’s the warranty?
A. Rest assured we have you covered with a 2 year warranty. Any issues, simply contact us!
